FAISALABAD – Assistant Commissioner Faisalabad conducted raid on fake soft drinks’ in Faisalabad city on Tuesday.
According to details, AC Faisalabad conducted a raid on factory of soft drinks and after examining the production material, he sealed the factory.
Workers of the factory showed strong resistance and also beat some security personnel. After so much resistance, government team sealed the factory and arrested the four workers.
Earlier, the city police on Tuesday conducted a raid and recovered 40 maunds of donkey meat and horse meat from Harbanspura, Lahore.
According to details, non-halal meat of horse and donkey was recovered in Tuesday’s wee hours. Police officials told that this non-hala meat is sold in morning to the local restaurants.
City police arrested two people those were involved in the heinous business. “Convicted people were new in this business and never arrested earlier,” police official said.
