MULTAN: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf’s (PTI) vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi has claimed to be PTI’s leader after two years.
He reportedly said these words to his brother in UAE after a meeting an Army General.
Renowned journalist Salim Safi in his special program about ‘PTI Dharna- from beginning to end’ showed a clip in which Shah Mehmood’s younger brother was saying that his brother unusually asked him to reach UAE from London at once during Dharna.
Shah Makhdoom Murid Hussain said in the clip that his brother asked him if he would stand with him in future as Army General has assured him about PTI’s leadership in next two years.
To which Murid Shah replied that he could not take any decision at once.
Shah Murid Hussain claimed in his statement that Shah Mehmood said to him “ You will see, after two years, I will be the leader of PTI instead of Imran Khan.”
