Today, August 14, 2015, we Pakistanis are celebrating 68th year of freedom. Most of us celebrate it as a habit and don’t even know the purpose of celebrating this day.
We need to ask ourselves few simple questions, are we fulfilling the dreams of our fore fathers?
Do we really know the purpose of getting this separate homeland?
Is it the Pakistan we have made it, what our founders thought of?
Do we have Unity, Faith and Discipline as a nation?
Was it the future of Pakistan, what we are living today?
If we ask these questions person by person in this country, everyone will have its own justification regarding these questions and everyone will answer, what will benefit to him as an individual. Sad is the thing that we are not living the dreams of our founders, we are not what they wanted us to be.
It is matter of fact that we have left the path on which our fore founders decided to walk, we are scattered, we have forgotten lessons of our elders, and we have lost faith and are no more disciplined.
This country demands a lot much from us and we need to take our responsibilities and to fulfill them up to full, this could only be happen in a way when we take the path of our founders and do according to their vision for this mother land. This country has got everything we just need to pick the right track for it then there will be no power on this planet that can stop it from prospering.
