ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf’s (PTI) vice-chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said Thursday that PTI will support Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on legitimate demands.
While talking to media outside the Parliament, Shah Mehmood said MQM’s resignations were entitled to pressurize government to accept their demands.
However, government should take unnecessary pressure from MQM’s move, he said.
He said “Karachi Operation has controlled metropolitan’s crime rate, PTI will stand with MQM on their legitimate demands but we won’t support any one beyond the constitution.”
