ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) confirms death sentence to seven hardcore terrorists which were involved in Army Public School (APS) Peshawar and Safoora Chowrangi Karachi incidents, one of them is awarded life imprisonment.
ISPR (Inter Services Public Relations), an administrative military media reveals that 6 terrorists from APS (Army Public School) incident and 1 from Safoora incident has been sentenced death, convicts will have the right to appeal before the Court of Appeals.
Those sentenced to death are Abdul Salam, Taj Mohammad, Mujeeb ur Rehman, Sabeel Ilyas, Ateeq ur Rehman and Mohammad Farhan. While, Kifayat Ullah was awarded life imprisonment.
