LAHORE: Lahore High Court dismissed the petition over making judicial commission to inquire Kasur Child Abuse scandal.
Chief Justice Lahore turned down the petition stating that no need of forming a judicial commission while police is already in the case
He said there is no need to nominate Kasur’s session judge into the case.
