LONDON – Arsenal Football Club will take on West Ham United in their opening match of English Premier League at Emirates Stadium on Sunday, August 9, 2015.
Arsenal FC finished with third position in the last season of Premier League 2014-2015, while West Ham United ended the season with 12th spot.
‘Gunners’ will enter in the stadium with Peter Cech for the first time in the English Premier League. Â Arsenal singed Petr Cech from Chelsea before the closing of transfer window.
He is still considered as one of the best goalkeeper in the world. Alexis Sanchez is also key player of Arsenal but he is not fully fit.
Arsenal’s record was outstanding in the opening weekend of English Premier League as they lost only one match in the opening weekend of 14 Barclays Premier League.
Match will start at 13:30 according British Standard Time (B.T) and will telecast in Pakistan at 5:30 Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
