ISLAMABAD – Senior journalist Azhar Abbas returned to Geo News after leaving Bol News Network due to Axact’s fake degree case.
Azhar Abbas joined Geo News as Managing Director and Rana Jawad is now Director News and still hold the Islamabad’s office.
According to sources, after the joining of Azhar Abbas many snuffling occurred in the Geo News administration.
Zahid Hussain is now Director Input and Shahid Shahzad will work Director Output at Geo News.
Earlier, senior anchor person and columnist Aftab Iqbal left the Geo TV and joined the Express News group.
Previously. he hosted the political-humor show “Hasb-e-Haal before leaving the Dunya News and he was replaced by Junaid Saleem.
He left the Dunya TV Channel after a dispute with the owner of channel, Mian Amir Mehmood.
