Shahid Afridi is followed by West Indies opener Chris Gayle. He was declared man of the match for eight times in 45 matches. He also scored 1406 un just 45 matches.
Pakistani all-rounder also took this award 8 times in his t20 career. Brendon Barrie McCullum and Yuvraj Singh declared man of the match award 7 times in their career.
