Pakistan vs Srilanka 5th ODI: Pakistan in trouble chasing 369

HAMBANTOTA: Pakistan crumbled while chasing a giant total of 369 against Sri Lanka in 5ht ODI, lost fifth wicket on 140 runs in 25th over.

Pakistani openers took cautious start and once again put 50+ partnerships before Ahmed Shehzad lost balance and was stumped by Chandimal on 51.  In came Hafeez and kept the scoreboard ticking, on the total of 71, captain Azher Ali was run out by Mathews while trying to steal a run.

Hafeez played some delicious shots and brought Pakistan back on track, just when he was looking good, he missed an in-dipper from Mathews and was caught LBW on 116. He scored 37 (37) with 5 fours and one 6.

Just after 5 runs to the total, Sarfaraz also left the crease as je was run out again while trying to steal a difficult double.

Pakistan lost Shoaib Malik on 140 in 25th over, he could add just 7 runs to the total.
