ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Thursday expressed disappointment over non-provision of a copy of the judicial commission’s report pertaining to allegations of rigging during the 2013 general elections.
“The judicial commission was formed as a result of an agreement between PTI and PML-N government.” Imran Khan said. He added that there were two parties in the case.
Earlier on Thursday, PTI Counsel Abdul Hafeez Pirzada submitted a written application to the Supreme Court on Thursday to obtain a copy of the detailed final report of the inquiry commission investigating rigging in the 2013 General Elections.
The application requests that “a copy of the complete final report of the Commission as submitted to the Federal Government (which under the Ordinance is a public document) may kindly be furnished to the undersigned on an urgent basis.
