Pillion riding banned for two days in Sindh

KARACHI: A two-day pillion-riding ban has been imposed in few cities of Sindh including Karachi, Sukkar and Hyderabad from 8 to 9 July in order to avoid security risk at Yaum-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Ali (R.A).

A statement issued form Sindh Home Department confirmed pillion riding ban on Tuesday evening.

According to the Sindh Home Department, the ban will be effective from Tuesday midnight (July 8) and will stay in place until Wednesday July 9.

The ban is being imposed for the security of the mourning processions on Yaum-e- Ali (R.A)
