NORTH WAZIRISTAN – Security forces killed twelve terrorists during a clash in Datta Khel area of North Waziristan Agency, during a clash on Sunday.
According to details, Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) told that four security personnel also embraced martyrdom in a clash and the terrorist ran away leaving the dead bodies of their accomplices.
Earlier on Friday, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Rheel Sharif vows to continue counter-terrorism operations to clean Pakistan from terrorism.
General Raheel said that security forces will achieve the goal of terror-free Pakistan. According details, Major General Asim Bhajwa told that General Raheel visited the areas near Pakistan-Afghan border in Waziristan Agencies.
Director Inter Services Public Relation, Asim Bhajwa, said that army officers briefed army chief on the progress of operations. General Raheel Sharif also briefed about future plans of operation.
“We will not stop till we achieve our end objective of a terror free Pakistan,” Gen Sharif told troops, who who just successfully completed preliminary phase of Shawal and cleared peaks around Shawal.
