Court accepted the bail of nephews of Imran Khan

LAHORE – Court has accepted the bail of two nephews of Imran Khan, the chief of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, on Thursday.

Both Azam Khan and Abdullah Khan were accused of torturing traffic warden. Court has also ordered them to submit surety bonds of Rs.50,000 each.

Earlier, an FIR was lodged by traffic police personnel against two nephews of Chairman PTI Imran Khan, both young men has been arrested in accusation of torturing police warden of Lahore.

Police claimed that Imran Khan’s nephews Azam Khan and Abdullah Khan had violated the traffic signal on mall road, when stopped by traffic warden, both Khans have tortured the warden.

According to the traffic police, both young men refused to show the registration number of the car and also beat the innocent warden.

Both the accused are now in police custody after the formal registration of case against the nephews of Imran Khan.

Sources told that this FIR against IK’s nephews is lodged after the interference from high officials of Punjab government.
