ISLAMABAD – British High Commissioner, Philip Barton, held meeting with Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Wednesday.
According to sources, defense minister Khawaja Asif and the British High Commissioner discussed the cooperation in energy, water and defense sector.
Philip Barton also lauded the Pakistan’s success to bottle the monster of terrorism and also extended the congratulation to defense minister for the successes achieved during operation Zarb-e-Azb.
He said that Pakistan and United Kingdoms enjoyed close and friendly relations with each other and vowed to strengthen the ties in future as well.
