ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Interior, Chaidhry Nisar, said that Government of Pakistan decided to write a letter to British government to get access to information published in BBC report regarding MQM.
According to information, Interior Minister conveyed the views of Pakistan government to the British High Commissioner during a meeting held in Islamabad, on Thursday.
While talking to media persons, Nisar said that Pakistani intelligence had also reported the involvement of India in Pakistan. He also mentioned the recent statements from Indian Prime Minister regarding partition of East-Pakistan.
Nisar said that Indian premier accept admitted the involvement of India in partition of East-Pakistan in 1971.
Further, Nisar said Pakistan has sought the British government’s help in seeking detailed facts regarding the BBC’s report. “We need UK government’s help for facts regarding this report,” Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar said, during a meeting with British High Commissioner Philip Barton in Islamabad.
“Government of Pakistan need detailed information regarding the BBC’S report regarding MQM,” he told. He also said that he will write a formal letter to British government to get access to the information, on Friday.
