LAHORE – Justice Abdul Sami Lahore High Court (LHC) again adjourned the hearing of super model, Ayan Ali’s bail petition on Friday.
Justice Abdul Sami hear the case of Ayyan Ali and adjourned the petition of till June 29.
According to the details, Prosecutor said that customs official want to submit the important documents regarding money laundering case against Ayyan for which they need some time.
On the other hand, lawyer of Ayyan Ali, Sardar Latif Khosa blamed customs official and said that they are using delaying tactics.
He requested the court to announce decision instead of adjoining the hearing every time because her client has been in imprisoned from last four months.
Justice Abdul Sami rejected the plea of Sardar Latif Khosa and said that judgment will announce one the base of evidence.
Final arguments will hear from both lawyers of June 29.
