Official trailer of “He Named Me Malala” releases

LONDON – Trailer of upcoming documentary of Nobel prize winner Mala Yousafzai has been released on Thursday. 

Clip of upcoming documentary of Mala and her family was showed by teenage activist in a American programme “the daily Show”.

The documentary describe the life and struggle of Malala for education in Pakistan. The upcoming documentary “He Named Me Malala” was directed by famous filmmaker Davis Guggenheim.

The film shows the commitment of her father for education of girls specially in tribal areas of Pakistan.

Malala won the Noble Peace Price for her continues struggle for education of children in Pakistan. Just after the attack she was taken to the United Kingdom for her treatment. She is now studying in UK  and she wants to become a Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Earlier, On the afternoon of 9 October 2012, Yousafzai boarded her school bus in the northwest Pakistani district of Swat.

A gunman asked her by name, and then pointed a pistol at her face and fired three shots.

One bullet hit the left side of Yousafzai’s forehead, traveled under her skin through the length of her face, and then went into her shoulder.

In the days immediately following the attack, she remained unconscious and in critical condition, but later her condition improved enough that she also went London in Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, for intensive rehabilitation.
