GHAZIABAD – The case has been filed against both the actors Amitab Bachan and Abishek Bachan in Ghaziabad, city of Uttar Pradesh, for wearing national flag around the body in a very derogatory way.
According to the report of Times of India, the petitioner Chetan Dheeman told the judicial magistrate that both father and son encircled Indian flag around their body in discredited way during the Pak-India match in Adelaide in Australia on Februry 15, 2015.
According to the lawyer of Chetan Dheeman, Sanjeev Sharma, the petitioner and five of his friends have seen Amitab and Abishek doing ridiculed behavior with National flag.
The lawyer further revealed that by this act of worldly acknowledged actors India’s name truly defamed in the whole world.
This act of both the actors is against the law of protection of National Integrity and Flag code of India 2002, and both are punishable by court.
It is worth telling here that, Amitab Bachan has also done the commentary in the same match as well, and Pakistan lost the match by 76 runs.
