NANKANA SAHIB – A woman allegedly tried to commit suicide on Friday morning after setting herself ablaze near the central police station in Nankana Sahib.
According to the media reports, a woman set herself ablaze using kerosene oil. She took this extreme step after police refused to register FIR on her complaint.
Woman felt as though she was left with no other option but to set herself on fire after being disallowed several times by police to register an FIR.
Sources revealed that she was moved to the District Hospital for the treatment as she was in a very critical condition.
