Sleep deprivation multiplies the threat of Heart attack

NEW YORK – The recent study reveals that sleep deprivation causes many health issues, and multiplies the threat of heart diseases particularly.

According to the research of World Health Organization (WHO), the people who did not take sleep of at least 7 hours a day are more exposed to heart attack and paralysis.

Sleep deprivation increases the chances of paralysis by four times, and heart attack by two times.

According to researchers, less sleep is equally fatal for both stroke and heart attack as smoking or no exercise are.
