KARACHI – Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) issued death warrant of Shaqat Hussain, on Monday, over abduction and then murder of seven year old child.
The accused, Shafqat Hussain, was being charged of killing, Umair, a seven year old child. This was the fifth death warrant issued by ATC.
Sources revealed that he would be executed on June 09 in central jail at 4:30 am early in the morning.
It is pertinent to mention here that death execution of Shafqat Hussain, prolonged due to Human Rights commission claim that he was underage at time of committing the murder.
However, Interior Ministry, investigated the matter which revealed that Shafqat Hussain was 23 year old at the time of Murdering seven year old Umair.
