ZURICH – The election for the new president of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is going to held today, with Blatter and Prince Ali are power contenders on Friday.
According to sources, to win the seat one needs the support of around 209 federation, with present body’s president Blatter seems to be favorite to get elected as President of FIFA for the fifth time.
However, prince Ali Bin Al-Hussain of Jordan is another favorite candidate after Blatter.
The present body’s president Blatter is enjoying the support of many confederations and he is considered to be favorite for election.
After the arrest of high ranked officials of FIFA in Switzerland, FIFA Chief’s position is very dangling and people are raising voice against the chief for being so negligent.
