Eight Suspects Arrested From Lahore

LAHORE – The police has conducted a search operation prior to the start of second ODI in Lahore, arresting eight suspects.

According to the sources, the police carried out search operations before the start of second game between Zimbabwe and Pakistan.

According to DIG Operations, the eight suspicious individuals have been taken into custody. Police would interrogate the arrested suspects deeply, said DIG Operations Lahore.

According to the security plan, the travelling route for the cricket teams would be completely blocked and a security equivalent to that of the President is being provided to the guest team.

Special security passes would be issued for getting entrance into the venue. Four thousand police officials and special branch officers will be on duty throughout the matches.
