LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain said that this is the big negligence of intelligence agencies that such company is running the wide network without been noticed for years.
Altaf Hussain demanded to Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif for the high level investigation of the allegations leveled on Axact by New York Times.
He further said of these allegations proved then a treason case should be filed against the accused.
In a statement issued here, the MQM supremo demanded putting names of all executives of Axact on the Exit Control List.
He said action should be taken against Axact high-ups under Article-VI of the constitution.
The firm Axact was accused by the New York Times of running a network of hundreds of websites for phoney universities complete with paid actors for promotional videos, as part of an elaborate scheme that generated tens of millions of dollars annually.
