ISLAMABAD: Bad patch of Bol News Channel started before it even gets on air, as Pakistan’s most awaited news channel’s media team said they would leave if recent allegations on its main investor Axact proved true.
Vice President of Bol and renowned journalist and anchorperson Iftikhar Ahmed said, “My team and I will quit Bol if allegations proved.”
Similar statements came from President of Bol channel Kamran that he will take less than a minute to resign from the channel if contentions proved true.
On the other hand, FIA team has recovered fake degrees during their raid on Axact buildings which were signed by Secretary of State America John Kerry, many blank certificates, letter heads of American State ‘Marry Land’ and many other fake documents have been recovered from the offices of Rawalpindi and Karachi.
One of the officials of FIA told media that they had received such reports against Axact Company six months ago but did not take any action because not a single complaint was filed against them.
Involved persons in his scam would be punishable for at least seven years of jail according to Pakistan Electronic Transaction Ordinance, he added.
