Ch. Nisar Talks To Media After Meeting

KARACHI – The Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan talks to media after chairing a meeting with rangers and police officials to overview the security situation in the metropolitan.

Nisar said that the War on terror was a long battle and not a T-20 match. The terrorists wanted to create chaos and spread fear in the society, he added.

He further said that the nearly 1000 operations had been conducted since the year 2014. Expressing grief over Safoora bus carnage he said that the whole nation felt the incident.

He said that the culprits of bus incident would be brought to justice. He said that the nation was united against eliminating the terrorism from its roots.

He said that the war on terror was a difficult war to fight and that the peace would be restored at all costs. Talking about the role of police he added that the performance of the police had been gradually improved.
