NEW YORK – A study in America has concluded an interesting finding that secret to a man’s success is to think like a woman. This fact has been deduced by conducting a survey or “referendum”.
To be successful in modern workplace, the men are recommended to think and behave like women.
As far as the study maintains; compassion, sensitiveness, and being noble are the traits presumed as female traits and these traits can help men in achieving success at their work place.
It has been claimed in the study that exhibiting sturdiness, superiority, anger and outburst is pointless, in contrary to that adopting femininity would prove to be fruitful.
Researchers believe that femininity has surpassed masculinity in the 21st century.
During this study, a referendum was conducted from 64,000 individuals and the findings revealed that people consider femininity as popularity, attractiveness, team player and trustworthy.
In contrast to this, masculinity is considered as superiority, strength, and anger which is not appreciated much.
