PTI’s MNA May Face Ineligibility

PESHAWAR – The inquiry committee investigating into the matter of fake degree case against the alleged MNA of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Murad Saeed, might recommend him “Ineligible”.

Two months ago the MNA of PTI had been reported to have appeared in the examination of Peshawar University, acquiring the complete degree within one hour.

The Vice Chancellor Dr. Rasool Jan had established an inquiry committee for investigating into the matter of fake degree case on which the provincial government had certain reservations.

The case afterwards had been transferred to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for investigation. The Secretary HEC had been given responsibilities of heading the investigation team.

According to the confirmed sources, it is being said that the investigation results have nearly reached the announcement and the university management who was involved in assisting the MNA would be suspended from duty.
