Govt orders Pemra to take notice for on airing hate speech

ISLAMABAD: Government has written letter to Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) to take notice of on airing the hate speech on private channels.

According to details, the government of Pakistan has ordered Pemra to take action according to Pemra act section 27.

Government spokesperson said that this type of speech comes in promoting hate among the people.

It is pertinent to mention here that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussian seek help from Indian spy agency RAW in his speech.
