Scotland Yard team arrives to investigate from Saulat Mirza

ISLAMABAD: A three member team of New Scotland Yard has arrived in Islamabad to ask a few questions from former Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) worker and death row prisoner Saulat Mirza.

According to details, the team will visit Machh Jail Baluchistan where they will meet Saulat Mirza and investigate about MQM chief Altaf Hussain.

It is pertinent to mention here that Saulat Mirza’s video was leaked by a private TV channel in which he pointed allegations on MQM chief and other leaders of the party.

Following that video, his execution was delayed.

However, Machh jail officials Machh Jail officials will write a letter to the Sindh government seeking a new date for the execution of death-row inmate Saulat Mirza.

 The date of Saulat Mirza’s execution was extended by President Mamnoon Hussain till April 30. Mirza will be executed after a new date is given by the Anti-Terrorism Court.
