ISLAMABAD – The Election Commission of Pakistan has rejected all the rigging allegations and proofs of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf about rigging in the general elections 2013.
The Election Commission has also submitted the list of requests from the PTI to the Judicial Commission.
While submitting its report to the Judicial Commission, the Election Commission of Pakistan also handed over the list of 13 witnesses which Tehreek-i-Insaf asked to hold interview.
Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf named Hamid Mir, Nabeel Gabol, Chariman NADRA, MD Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Election Commissioner Sindh and Punjab to the Judicial Commission to hold interview with these person and done investigation thereof.
However, the source told that the rigging allegations of PTI has been rejected by the Election Commission and these are now under consideration with Judicial Commission.
