Imran Ismail declared proclaimed offender

MULTAN: A court in Multan has declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Imran Ismail a proclaimed offender in bounced cheques case.

According to details, a case had been registered by Jameel Akhter in Mumtazabad police station for issuing the fake cheques in 2010.

Jameel stated that Imran Ismail took Rs 4.9 million from him to establish a juice factory in Multan.

He further said that Imran had given him cheques which were not cashed and still PTI leader has to give him the payment.

Police had filed the case but not arrested Imran Ismail in last five years so the applicant has knocked the doors of the court which declared Imran a proclaimed offender.
