MIRPUR: Saad Nasim and Haris Sohail have helped Pakistan to post a righting total of 239 runs against Bangladesh in 2nd One Day International (ODI) match of the series.
Pakistan were in deep trouble after winning the toss as Green shirts haven’t had the great start when they elected to bat. They lost the key wicket of Sarfraz Ahmed with just 36 runs on the score board.
Pakistan hasn’t recovered from that shock; Mohammad Hafeez was lost his wicket without scoring.
Skipper Azhar Ali and Haris Sohail made a small partnership but it was skipper who was caught behind after scoring 36 runs. Following that Fawad Alam failed again as he was bowled by Nasir Hussain without scoring.
Mohammad Rizwan who made 67 in last match only managed to score 13 runs today (Sunday).
At that time Pakistan team was desperate to have a partnership as they got one in shape of Haris Sohail and Saad Nasim.
They put on 77 runs for the sixth wicket before Haris Sohail lost his wicket after scoring 44 but Saad went on to score a madden unbeaten half century. He made 77Â runs.
Wahab Riaz scored quick 51 to guide Pakistan scored to 229 runs mark on loss of six wickets. This is the record 85 runs  seventh wicket partnership for Pakistan against Bangladesh.
Shakib Al Hasan picked up two wickets while Arafat Sunny, Mahsrafe Mortaza and Nasir Hossain picket a wicket each for the home side.
