Tamim, Rahim tons power Bangladesh to 329 runs

MIRPUR: Tamim Iqbal and Mushfiqur Rahim have helped Bangladesh to set a massive 330 runs total against Pakistan in first One-Day match of the series at Shere Bangla National Stadium.

Tamim and Rahim went on to score big centuries after Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first.

Tamim made 132 while Rahim scored 105 before caught behind on Wahab’s bowl. Bangladesh managed to score 329 runs on loss of six wickets. This is the highest total of Bangladesh in this format of the game.

Wahab Riaz took four wickets while Rahat Ali managed to pick up one wicket. Saeed Ajmal who returned in action after eight months gap remained wicket less in the match.
