KARACHI: In an offer to further fortify Pakistan’s endeavors to end polio, Rotary International’s Ambassador for Polio Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari welcomed on Thursday Maryam Nawaz of PML-N and Reham Khan of PTI to hold hands with her to quicken the countrywide fight against polio .
The daughter of ex-president and co-chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Asif Ali Zardari welcomed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s dayghter Maryam and Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf Chairman Imran Khan’s wife Reham to join the cause to fight polio to guarantee that each youngster is shielded from savage infection in the country.

Taking after a preparation on polio and a meeting with Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari communicated her take steps to bring issues to light and connect over the gatherings to fortify backing for polio annihilation, said an announcement issued here. Chief Minister Shah, on the event said that location of four polio cases in Sindh amid the initial three months of 2015 has turned into a grave test for his administration.
Dr Azra Pechuho told the Chief that out of aggregate 93 polio cases in the state in 2013, 10 of them were in Sindh. In 2014, the cases expanded to 30 out of 306 and now in the initial three months of 2015, 21 cases have been distinguished the nation over and four in Sindh.
