KARACHI: As Moazzam Ali was arrested on Sunday, his wife Saeeda Bano has filed an application in Sindh High Court against arresting her husband.
According to details, Saeeda Bano has filed an application against her arresting her husband Moazzam Ali Khan who named as alleged main accuse in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
She stated in that application that her husband was detained by Rangers without any reason.
In that application she asked the court to include Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and DIG ranger in the case.
It is pertinent to mention here that, Moazzam Ali Khan was detained on April 12 from his house in Azizabad. He will be presented before the court on Tuesday.
