Imran Khan leaves for Karachi to lead PTI rally today

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is preparing to take out a rally in Karachi today as party chairman also coming to join his workers for the campaign for NA-246 by-elections.

PTI Chairman talking to media said that he is leaving for Karachi to run a campaign for by-elections on NA 246.

He said he will break the taught of terror by visiting MQM headquarters Nine Zero and its surrounding for election campaign.

Imran Khan will reach Karachi late night.

“MQM worker already stocked egges and tomatos for my arrival at Nine Zero, but I have played cricket and I am ready for it,” Imran.

The party has finalised preparations to take out rally at around 4pm from Water Pump roundabout in Federal .B area of the city.

PTI workers have re-established their demolished camp at Karimabad which was demolished by Muttahida qaumi movement (MQM) worker couple of days ago.

The NA-246 seat vacated by MQM’s Nabil Gabol, is being vied by PTI’s Imran Ismail and MQM’s Kanwar Naveed.

The electioneering is in full swing in the constituency; however, the tug-of-war between the two rival parties got ugly late Friday when PTI’s flag was set ablaze and a camp was disrupted by a group of people, believed to be MQM workers.
