Misbah reveals reasons for being ‘tuk, tuk’

SYDNEY: Pakistan’s skipper Misbah-ul-Haq, who face criticism from critics for playing slow, has said that whenever he comes to bat, the team has been in crisis which did not allow him to play freely and attacking cricket.

In an interview with a foreign news agency, the national team skipper said that most of the time the condition did not allow him to play attacking cricket as the team has been in crisis.

He said that he always tried to avoid controversies adding that it is best to solve the problem instead of leave them unattended.

Misbah said he has cool mind otherwise it is hard to passed time even for two days.

Talking about early defeats in World Cup, he said that nation has high expectations from the team when these are not met, the team is subjected to strong criticism, which impact team’s performance.

Harsh criticism disheartened players and negatively impact  overall performance of the team, he added.
