MUMBAI:It is rumored in B-Town that famous Pakistani actor Fawad Khan to play the role of Virat Kohli in biopic of Indian skipper MS Dhoni, the Indian Express reported.
Director Neeraj Pandey, who has directed ‘A Wednesday’, ‘Special 26’ and ‘Baby’ hit movies, was making biopic on MS Dhoni life and the movie has Sushant Singh Rajput playing the ace cricketer.
But now the buzz doing the rounds is that several other actors have been roped in for playing some of the characters in the film.
Rumour are rife that Pakistani heart throb, Fawad Khan, will portray the role of Virat Kohli, the test captain of India, in the film, reported The Indian Express.
Telugu star Ram Charan Teja, John Abraham, Fawad Khan, Aftab Shivdasani and Alia Bhatt are some of the names that are making the rounds.
However, when Pandey was contacted for a confirmation, he said that he was not at liberty to make any comment. “I have signed a non-disclosure agreement and am not allowed to say anything,” he said.
‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ is based on the story of the Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s dramatic journey and the film will be released on 22 October 2015.
