Rahat Ali likely to replace Younis Khan against Zimbabwe

BRISBANE: Pakistan has decided to drop Younis Khan in the group-match against Zimbabwe on Saturday.

According to reports, the decision to drop out of form Younis Khan was made by the team management.

While Khan was present in the practice session and even came to bat, it has been decided that he will not be part of the squad and Rahat Ali will replace him.

Surprisingly, Sarfaraz Ahmed still has to wait for his World Cup debut while Umar Akmal who dropped two very important catches in the last two fixtures; will be part of the team.

Nasir Jamshed and Ahmed Shehzad are likely to open against Zimbabwe.
