COLOMBO: A Sri Lankan executive committee member Shammi Silva has written a letter to the new Sri Lanka Sports Minister Navin Dissanayake to appoint an investigation committee against an Indian cricketer who was allegedly involved in match-fixing during the 2010 Asia Cup tournament in Dambulla, Sri Lanka.

According to report, he has written a letter in which he states that considering the importance of the matter, he kindly request the minister to appoint a special committee to investigate the above matter as early as possible.
