Formation of SC bench changed for hearing of cases against 18th, 21st constitutional amendments

ISLAMABAD: The formation of Supreme Court (SC) bench for hearing of cases against 18 th and 21st constitutional amendments has been changed due to ailment of two learned judges of the court including Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk.

Private TV quoting sources has reported that due to illness Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Nasirul Mulk and Justice Gulzar Ahmed the bench has been changed.
It is worth mentioning here that earlier the SC had formed three member SC bench of apex court comprising Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Gulzar Ahmad and Justice Mushir Alam for hearing cases against 18 and 21st constitutional amendments on Tuesday but two members of the bench went ill due to heart problem.

Now, three-member bench comprising Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Mushir Alam would hear the petitions on Tuesday.
According to the sources the senior judge of apex court Justice Gulzar has been shifted to Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) due to cardiac problem last night and Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk already was suffering from heart problem.
