LHC dismisses Amir, Asif, Salman’s confiscation of assets petition

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed the petition seeking confiscation of Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt’s assets.

According to reports, the petition was filled by a local citizen in which he demanded to LHC to confiscation of cricketers’ assets because they have been found guilty in spot fixing and made the nation embarrass in front of the world.

Justice Mahmood Maqbool  who was hearing the petition said that cricketers already got the punishment of spot fixing and if he punish them again then it will affect their performance.

They already punished for spot fixing and he can’t punish them more, justice said.
