Galaxy S Edge image leaked, all set to unveil on March 1

SEOUL: As MWC is just around the corner, it looks like Samsung is all set to launch its flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S6, now company also gave the hint of Edge variant of the device.

The Edge term which began with Samsung Galaxy Note Edge with a display on the side of the smartphone new company looks forward to do the same with its upcoming device all set to debut in March.

Samsung is doing its own teasing ahead of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015, as the company just posted a “what’s next” teaser for a March 1 event.

Galaxy Note Edge has a curved display only on one side, however, reports indicated that the Galaxy S Edge may come with a dual-edge screen curved on both sides. None of this is confirmed just yet, but Samsung has now posted an intriguing teaser hinting at a curved-display Galaxy smartphone.

More specifically, Samsung posted a teaser image on Tuesday, Feb. 3, touting a March 1 Galaxy Unpacked event in Barcelona, Spain.

In other words, this teaser may show the shoadowy curved profile of the much-rumored Galaxy S Edge reports were hinting at.

Either way, it seems that it will all become official in less than a month, as Samsung will make its big announcement on March 1. HTC has a special event of its own scheduled for the same date, where it should announce its new One M9 flagship. Will Samsung steal HTC’s thunder, or vice versa?
