PPP files defamation petition against Sadar Uddin Hashwani

KARACHI: Pakistan People Party (PPP) leader Farooq H Naik on Tuesday said that the Party has filed defamation petition against business tycoon Sadar Uddin Hashwani in Sindh High Court.

The PPP leader said that Sadar Uddin Hashwani in his book ‘Truth always prevails’ leveled baseless allegations against the party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.

A press conference was held in Karachi in which the PPP leaders said that hearing on the party petition against Hashwani due on February 6.

The Former chairman senate said that the party co-chairman also faced false allegations in past adding that he was tortured and his tongue was also cut in  jail.
