Local body elections in KP to be held in May says CM

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister (CM) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Pervez Khattak has said Local government elections in the province will be held in May.

The CM was talking to a delegation from Kohistan in Peshawar.

At the occasion, PervaizĀ  said all administrative and financial powers would be delegated to the local governments after the elections.

He also announced quotas in government services and professional colleges for the affectees of Dasu and Basha dams.
