Sindh Govt bans pillion riding for three days

KARACHI: Sindh government on Monday night imposed three day ban on pillion riding starting from Monday- Tuesday night on January 27 to 29.

The Sindh home ministry has announced ban on the pillion riding in wake of security fares during anti polio drive as one police constable was shot dead on Monday.

It is pertinent to mention here that Sindh government had also banned the pillion riding for three day on January 20 in metropolis.

The ministry had taken decision for ensure security in wake of anti polio drive.

The provincial government on advice of police had announced ban on the pillion riding in the city.

It is pertinent to mention here that the government also had banned pillion riding in last month for two days on the eve of Jashne-Eid-e Millad un Nabi (PBUH).
