LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday restored Pakistan Super League Project.
The decision has been taken in the PCB 33rd board meeting which was chaired by its chairman Shaharyar Khan.
The meeting has formed three committees and Najam Sethi will head the all new formed committees.
The meeting has formed committees for Super League Project, Media committee and Constitution committee.
The PCB announced its decisions after end of its meeting in a press release issued to media.
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) had postponed twice.
Pakistan is the only leading Test playing nation other than New Zealand to have not staged a Twenty20 league.
The project was launched by former chairman Zaka Ashraf in 2012, who also roped in former ICC chief executive Haroon Lorgat as a consultant.
However, the plan was put off after a few uncertain months before being reignited by Najam Sethi during his stint as chairman this year.
