Bomb explosion in Quetta injures four near hotel

QUETTA: At least four persons sustained injuries following a low-intensity bomb explosion occurred in the provincial capital Quetta of Balochistan on Thursday evening.

An explosion carried out unknown terrorists near a hotel situated at Meezan Chowk of Kasi Road of the city, injuring at least four persons, police said.

Injured persons were shifted to nearby hospital by the rescue teams. Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was also called out on the location.

Genre of the explosion was still undisclosed, however, security has been tightened in the area by law enforcers.
